Data Privacy

This site provides public-data water quality reports and uses privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages help users. The default operating principle is simple: collect as little personal data as possible.

What We Collect

  • Aggregated website analytics events through Umami.
  • Contact form details that users voluntarily submit, if lead capture is enabled.
  • Operational logs required for security and uptime.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to improve report quality, understand user journeys, and reply to direct inquiries. Personal data is not sold.

Analytics are used at an aggregate level: for example, to see whether visitors use search, open local reports, or leave from a hub page. Those signals help prioritize better content and navigation.

Retention

Submitted contact information is retained only as long as required for follow-up and basic records management.

Lead capture status

Hydrolity may include a consultation form, but submissions are only routed when a form endpoint is explicitly configured. If no endpoint is configured, the form remains disabled to avoid losing user messages.
